I'm building a new D2C wellness brand for Indian women, launching January 2027. We're in stealth, so brand details are shared one-on-one. This is a founding-team role reporting directly to the founders. You'll own the growth engine end to end: • Acquisition: Meta-led paid growth, budgets, creative testing, scaling on CAC and ROAS • Retention: WhatsApp and email journeys, repeat purchase, subscriptions • CRO via A/B testing: Shopify store, quiz funnel, landing pages, checkout • P&L ownership: contribution margin, break-even CAC and cohort economics You have: 3-5 years in D2C, 2+ running Meta spend yourself in health, beauty, wellness or food, and you've built a funnel from zero rather than only optimising one. Ideally, you've spent 2+ years in a similar role. 2. Chief of Staff Someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving team and working closely with everyone across the company. You'll work on everything from project management, hiring and monthly MIS to managing company information, assets and internal processes. A little bit of everything, and a front-row seat to how a startup gets built. 3. Customer Success Someone who loves working with customers and getting hands-on with the product.
