We’re building the next phase of Growth & Partnerships for Smart Wearables at Titan Company Limited, and I’m expanding my team! Open position: Executive / Senior Executive – Monetization | Bengaluru What you’ll own: • Customer acquisition, including growth levers and offer constructs • Engagement, retention, repeat and win-back initiatives • Customer lifecycle interventions, offer design and cohort segmentation • A/B experiments, from hypothesis through execution and measurement • Monetisation across subscriptions, digital propositions and new revenue streams • In-app commerce, category growth, offers and conversion optimisation • Partnerships that unlock new consumer propositions and growth opportunities • Growth analytics across traffic, funnels, CAC, LTV, retention and repeat rates • Translating customer and behavioural data into actionable growth decisions What would make you a great fit: Experience across growth, customer lifecycle, monetisation or digital businesses, ideally within consumer internet, e-commerce or consumer tech. You should be comfortable working with funnels and cohorts, getting into the data, designing experiments and turning insights into decisions. More importantly, you should enjoy taking an initiative from an opportunity or hypothesis all the way through to execution and learning. What makes this interesting: A lot of what we’re building is still 0-to-1. The role provides an opportunity to work across growth × partnerships × digital products × commerce × monetisation, and help shape new consumer propositions from the ground up.
