What you’ll own: 🧭 Understanding our customers better than anyone, across B2C and B2B 🤝 Closing deals and building relationships that bring customers back 🏗️ Creating our sales playbook, process, and pitch from zero 👥 Hiring and leading your own sales team as we grow What you’ll learn: How a startup actually grows. You’ll work closely with our Founder’s Office, see how decisions get made, and learn how sales connects to marketing, ops, and the rest of the business. How it starts: A remote first month where you earn from your very first sale. Then full-time at our Bangalore office, with a fixed salary and incentives that grow with you.
