We're hiring at Velo! 🚀 Three roles, lots to build, and a team that's genuinely fun to work with. Good people, a fun office in Bengaluru, plenty of room to make an impact, and a team that takes its work seriously but not itself. We're looking for: 1. GTM Engineer Someone who loves building things, automating workflows and experimenting with new tools. You'll build our outbound motion from scratch using tools like Clay, Claude Code, Codex and other automations. The role also involves working closely with product and engineering, managing internal tools, making website changes and taking on interesting new projects. Ideally, you've spent 2+ years in a similar role. 2. Chief of Staff Someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving team and working closely with everyone across the company. You'll work on everything from project management, hiring and monthly MIS to managing company information, assets and internal processes. A little bit of everything, and a front-row seat to how a startup gets built. 3. Customer Success Someone who loves working with customers and getting hands-on with the product. You'll own customer onboarding, regular check-ins and monthly reviews, while helping customers get the most out of Velo. You'll also work closely with our FDE team, troubleshoot prompts, create quality benchmarks, share insights with engineering and help build a customer success team across time zones.
