Founding SDEZiro
We’re hiring our first SDE at Ziro. This is a founding-team seat, not a ticket-taking job.
The role
You’ll own features end to end, and I mean all of it:
→ Understand the problem and talk to the people who have it
→ Shape the requirement and decide what not to build
→ Design, code and test it
→ Deploy it and watch it run in production
→ Stay accountable for the impact, not just “done”
There’s no handoff and no one to blame. You’ll have plenty of support and context from me, but the product is yours.
Who I’m looking for
→ Strong fundamentals and a strong track record (top-tier college, great projects, or standout early work)
→ AI-forward: you use AI tools every day to build faster and better, and you’re curious about building AI-powered products
→ Product thinking: you ask “why” before “how” and care about the user outcome more than the pull request
→ Someone who wants startup chaos: ambiguity, speed, and real ownership from day one
→ 0–4 years of experience is fine. Ownership matters more than years.
