This could be your next exciting career opportunity! 🔹 Position: Engineering Manager – Data & Agentic AI 🔹 Experience Level: Manager 🔹 Location: India (Bangalore preferred; open to candidates across India) 🔹 Work Focus: Data Engineering | Generative AI | Agentic AI What You'll Be Responsible For: • Leading cross-functional engineering teams across Data and AI initiatives • Driving the architecture and delivery of scalable data pipelines and AI applications • Defining technical roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders • Ensuring best practices in architecture, data governance, and AI system design • Managing end-to-end project execution, delivery timelines, and resources • Mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture What We're Looking For: ✅ Strong engineering management experience in Data Engineering and/or AI ✅ Solid understanding of SQL, Databricks, and data pipeline architecture ✅ Working knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks and use cases ✅ Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Good to Have: Python, FastAPI, React, and experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or analytics solutions.
