I’m looking for an engineering leader to build and grow the NRE Observability team in Bengaluru India.
What you’ll do
Lead a team building the APIs that let customers and internal teams observe and program the network
Build observability at a global scale: telemetry, metrics, logs, traces and AI-driven insights
Move us from reactive monitoring to proactive, self-healing operations
Who I’m looking for
An engineering manager who still enjoys going deep on technical problems
Understand Service Provider networking (protocols and MPLS services).
Experience with network automation, API platforms or observability systems(Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, streaming telemetry, Clickhouse, Flink, Spark, Kafka etc.)
Someone who builds strong teams, ships quickly and cares about reliability
This is a chance to shape the base layer for how the world’s digital infrastructure gets connected, automated and monitored. You’ll have real ownership, global visibility and a team in Bengaluru that you help build.
