Most of what we build starts with a plain exercise. Take a circular and turn it into obligations, each with an owner, a date and some evidence that it was done.
Take SEBI's circular of 1 October 2026 on investor awareness messages for stock brokers under Project Jagrook. It runs to three pages. Read for tasks, it gives a broker three:
1. 5 to 31 October: show SEBI's messages and the existing risk disclosures on the website. On the trading app the messages were voluntary, and on days a broker showed them, the risk disclosures were optional.
2. From 1 November: the messages go on the website's landing page, and the app's landing page shows the messages and the risk disclosures on alternate days.
3. Ongoing: use the messages exactly as SEBI shares them, and SEBI may change them from time to time.
The third one is the easy one to miss. It has no date, so it tends to have no owner.
That gap, between what a circular says and what a team actually tracks, is what we are working on at ScaleSafe Compliance Solutions. We are a small team, and we are hiring a Founding Engineer in Bengaluru. If this kind of problem interests you, the role is on our company page.
