GeneralMind is (still) hiring, and to be honest, we’re hiring aggressively. We’re looking for incredible talent across the company, especially in these 4 areas.
(1) Engineering, Berlin and Bangalore. We connect AI to the old systems that large companies run on, and that only works with exceptional engineers. We’ve made three phenomenal hires recently (welcome Daniele, Asif and Ritumoni 🎉) and we want more.
(2) Senior Technical Customer Success Manager, Berlin. After the first pitch, the customer is yours. You take them through the close, the rollout and everything that follows, and you build real trust with their C-level along the way.
(3) Senior Product Manager, Berlin or Bangalore. Getting one customer live is not the hard part. The much bigger question is what we build so the next customer goes live much faster, and that’s the problem you would own.
(4) AI Deployment Consultant, Berlin. At our customers, people spend the whole day moving information between emails, Excel and their ERP. You sit down with them, understand what they really do and get that work running with AI. You don’t need a sales background, but you do need to learn fast.
