✅ Engineering degree (mandatory)
✅ 2–4 years of Software Engineering experience (Backend / Full-Stack)
✅ 1–3 years of Product Management experience
✅ Strong product thinking, technical understanding, and ability to work on enterprise-scale SaaS products
