Behind every medicine pack there's an artwork and packaging process. We're looking for two people to own the digital products that run it.
Two roles, one portfolio, based in Bengaluru:
Associate Director – Tech Product Owner (GLAMS) - You set the technology direction. That means the product vision and the roadmap.
Senior Product Owner (GLAMS) - You make it happen day to day. You own the backlog, guide Product Analysts and work with engineers, architects and testers. You'll take promising ideas through proof of concept to scaled delivery.
What you'll get stuck into:
Using AI tools to speed up discovery and backlog refinement, with human review before anything is accepted.
Building Responsible AI, cybersecurity, data governance and GxP in from day one.
Using evidence to decide what to keep, change or drop.
Smoother digital tools mean fewer hold-ups between a finished medicine and a finished pack. That's a real difference to the people waiting on both.
