Position: Head – Sales Locations: Delhi NCR | Pune | Hyderabad | Kolkata Employment Type: Full-time, on-site CTC: ₹15 Lakh per annum Bonus: As per performance Industry: IT Services / InsurTech / SaaS Role Overview As Head – Sales, you will own revenue growth, build the sales strategy and lead the team that takes Buy Solution AI to insurance distributors across India. Key Responsibilities Own the sales strategy, targets and revenue growth across regions Build and manage a high-quality pipeline: identify, qualify and convert brokers, IMFs, corporate agents and POSP networks Conduct product demos and present tailored technology solutions Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals Build and mentor a sales team; set KPIs and track performance Maintain long-term client relationships and support onboarding and adoption Work with product and technical teams to turn client feedback into improvements Drive lead generation through industry events, partnerships and market research Track CRM data, sales reports and forecasts for leadership Qualifications and Skills Proven track record in B2B technology or SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise or mid-market segments Strong IT sales skills and the ability to explain technology solutions for insurance operations Knowledge of or exposure to insurance or financial services, especially distribution models, is a strong advantage Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strong lead generation and account management skills Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting and basic analytics Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering or a related field; sales or technology certifications are a plus Ability to work on-site, collaborate across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment What We Offer ₹15 Lakh CTC plus a performance-based bonus.
