We’re hiring experienced Product Managers to join us at Rippling in Bangalore - Roles open for Lead PMs, Staff PMs and Director PM
One of the things that makes product management at Rippling interesting is the shape and scale of the company. Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time, Expenses, IT, Identity, Procurement, Travel, Corporate cards, SOC2 - many of these could be billion dollar standalone software companies. However, at Rippling, they’re products built on the same platform, sharing the same employee data and increasingly being orchestrated by Rippling AI.
That creates a different kind of PM problem. You need to understand your product deeply, but also understand the system around it. A decision in Payroll can affect Time, Benefits or Finance. A workflow that once required someone to navigate four products can potentially become one AI-driven action / automation.
The hard part is figuring out how all of this should work while keeping the experience simple.
We’re looking for PMs who like that kind of complexity - strong product thinkers who can go deep with engineering, stay close to customers, and have the judgment to turn a complicated, multi screen problem into a simple, intuitive, touch of a button.
