Pretty Jobs job needs a designer to shape how our products look, feel, and earn trust. You will work closely with the founder and CTO. Requirements: - 6+ years in UI/UX design, with real mobile and web products shipped - High agency: you don't wait for a ticket. You see a problem, pick it up, and finish it - Strategic thinker: you ask "why this, why now" before you open a design tool - Very strong in rapid prototyping: low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes, in code and with AI tools - Strong UX craft: user research, user flows, information architecture, usability testing - Strong UI craft: visual design, typography, interaction design, micro-interactions, motion - Design systems: component libraries and design tokens, responsive and mobile-first, accessible (WCAG) - Works with AI agents daily like teammates: give them work, check it, fix it - Designs products where agents act for people: what they do alone, when they ask, how a person steps in, approves, or undoes - Hands-on with Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Figma Make, Google Stitch - Comfortable reading and editing code, and learning AI engineering with our engineers - Must have built something real with AI tools, and can tell us what broke Good to have: - Startup experience - Owning an entire product design, end to end 📍 Bangalore office | Full-time If this is you, please share your resume and portfolio, plus one AI-built project (what you did, what went wrong, what you'd change), at hrd@prettyjobs.com
