That's the space my team works in at Okta: identity, access, and the integrations that connect thousands of apps and systems. It sounds like infrastructure, but the problems are very human. How do you give an admin the confidence to change access for 50,000 people? How do you make a complex integration feel like a five-minute setup? How do you design for security without making people work around it?
