Ltd. 📍 Base Location: Mumbai & Bangalore 🎯 Region: West India & South India 👥 Role: Regional Sales Manager – SaaS Product Distribution 📊 Reporting to: National Head – Distribution   Airpay Money is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our West India & South India SaaS Distribution business, manage a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and drive regional revenue, partner acquisition and market expansion.   🔥 What You’ll Own ✅ Lead, manage, coach and develop a team of TSMs across West India ✅ Own regional revenue, onboarding, activation, subscription and renewal targets ✅ Drive acquisition and onboarding of IFAs, MFDs, CAs, Insurance Agents, Financial Consultants and other financial distribution partners ✅ Build and execute the regional GTM strategy for market expansion and partner acquisition ✅ Improve TSM productivity through structured reviews, field coaching, joint working and performance management ✅ Drive paid subscriptions, partner activation, usage, renewals and retention ✅ Build strong relationships with financial partner networks, associations and distribution ecosystems ✅ Plan and execute partner meets, city events, workshops and product demonstrations ✅ Work closely with the National Head – Distribution and Product, Marketing, Operations and Support teams to improve execution and partner experience   ⭐ What We’re Looking For • 6–10+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution, Channel Sales, SaaS, Fintech, BFSI or allied sectors • Proven experience in managing sales teams and regional business targets • Strong experience in financial partner acquisition and onboarding • Candidates with an existing active partner base/network of IFAs, MFDs, CAs, Insurance Agents, Financial Consultants or other financial distribution partners will be strongly preferred • Strong understanding of financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Wealth, Lending, NPS, Fixed Deposits or related products • Hands-on experience in B2B2C, partner distribution, channel sales or network-led acquisition • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation and relationship-management skills • Ability to drive business through both existing partner relationships and new market development • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region   🎯 The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a business-driven sales leader who can build teams, leverage an existing financial partner ecosystem, open new markets and deliver measurable regional growth. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV on Satyajeet.Sinha@airpay.money #Hiring #RegionalSalesManager #RSM #MumbaiJobs #WestIndia #FintechJobs #SaaS #BFSI #FinancialServices #ChannelSales #DistributionSales #PartnerOnboarding #SalesLeadership #IFAs#SalesHiring
