You’ll be an operator and community leader, in a city you’ll be expected to own.
Some context.
The Charter has founders and investors as its members across Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi.
This will only work if you’re someone founders will trust within five minutes of meeting you.
Bangalore needs that person.
You’ll:
→ Run the Bangalore chapter, start to finish.
→ Lead partnerships and sponsorships.
→ Build rooms where people actually connect.
→ Handle end-to-end event operations and execution.
We care less about where you’ve worked and more about how you work.
Background is open. We’ve learned recently that great operators come from places you don’t expect.
