🚗 We’re hiring: Manager – Cabs | Bangalore The role You’ll own the cabs business end to end: every member gets a clean, safe, on-time cab with a good driver, and the business grows profitably. That covers airport transfers, hourly rentals, outstation trips and self-drive. What you’ll own 🔹 Supply: Find, onboard and manage cab vendors and fleet partners across key domestic and international cities 🔹 Partner growth and incentives: Grow the partner base and design incentives that reward on-time, quality trips 🔹 Premium service standards: Set and audit standards for car type and age, cleanliness, driver behaviour and on-time pickup 🔹 Safety and compliance: Verified drivers, valid permits, insurance and fitness documents, plus ownership of any safety incident 🔹 Live operations: Track every trip, handle delays, no-shows and breakdowns fast, and run 24x7 escalation 🔹 P&L: Own bookings, revenue, margin, on-time rate, cancellations and customer experience 🔹 Pricing: Negotiate partner rates and set member prices with healthy margins 🔹 Team: Hire, train, coach and lead the cab request team and any on-ground staff 🔹 Billing and automation: Work with Finance on partner settlements, and with Product and Tech to automate booking, driver assignment, tracking and member updates Who we’re looking for ✅ 5-13 years in cab or mobility operations (ride-hailing, rentals, corporate transport or travel), ideally in city operations or supply ✅ 2+ years leading a team ✅ Hands-on experience onboarding and managing fleet partners and drivers ✅ Experience running live operations with real-time issues like delays, no-shows and safety ✅ Strong with data: Excel and dashboards ✅ Experience managing a large driver or on-ground workforce ✅ Clear communication in English and Hindi ✅ Calm under pressure, takes ownership and gets things done Good to know 📍 Based in Bangalore, or open to relocating 🕒 Rotating shifts including nights, weekends and peak holiday season (5 working days a week) If you’ve run live cab operations and want to build a premium mobility experience from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you. 📩 Apply here: arnabi@ybconsultants.com #Hiring #BangaloreJobs #Mobility #CabOperations #FleetManagement #TravelIndustry #OperationsJobs
