What you’ll own: ✅ Client lifecycle: onboarding, delivery, retention ✅ Client relationships: weekly reviews, strategy calls and escalations with founders. You’ll be the face of the firm to clients alongside the founder ✅ Launching and running Meta ads for client accounts: campaign structure, budgets, creative testing, performance reviews ✅ Building the SOP library and the systems the team runs on ✅ Internal cadences: weekly team reviews, monthly planning, quarterly business reviews with clients ✅ Special projects across the firm, from new client launches to internal experiments ✅ A clear path to leading your own pod of account associates as we grow Who you are: ✅ 1 to 5 years at a fast growing startup, ecommerce brand or consulting firm ✅ Fluent, polished English. A little about us: We started Dohful in 2018 because we fell in love with soft, gooey cookies in Europe and couldn't find anything quite like them in India. So we decided to make our own. Today, we're a growing cookies & coffee brand with 50+ stores across India. And there's a lot more we want to do. The role will involve building exciting brand collaborations, working with creators and communities, developing corporate partnerships, exploring new business opportunities and generally finding interesting ways to get Dohful out into the world. We're looking for someone who: - Loves discovering brands, people and ideas. - Is naturally good at building relationships and getting people excited about things. - Understands pop culture, social media, and what makes a brand interesting. - Can think creatively but also has a strong business sense. - Is proactive and enjoys making things happen.
