We’re hiring into the Founder’s Office to work directly with the founder and run the engine behind it all. 📍 In office, Andheri West, Mumbai. Full time. What you’ll own: ✅ Client lifecycle: onboarding, delivery, retention ✅ Client relationships: weekly reviews, strategy calls and escalations with founders. You’ll be the face of the firm to clients alongside the founder ✅ Launching and running Meta ads for client accounts: campaign structure, budgets, creative testing, performance reviews ✅ Building the SOP library and the systems the team runs on ✅ Internal cadences: weekly team reviews, monthly planning, quarterly business reviews with clients ✅ Special projects across the firm, from new client launches to internal experiments ✅ A clear path to leading your own pod of account associates as we grow Who you are: ✅ 1 to 5 years at a fast growing startup, ecommerce brand or consulting firm ✅ Fluent, polished English.
