Stepping into Revenue Ops alongside my Chief of Staff role has been challenging, but in the best way. Over the past few months, I’ve spent a lot of time working closely with the Specialty team, and it’s been a huge learning experience.
It’s a lean team right at the heart of revenue, and honestly, what we’re unlocking with AI blows my mind a little more every day.
What I love about this role is how much it makes you think. You get to understand a wide range of Australian businesses deeply, build real insurance expertise, and push yourself to become an even better communicator, no matter how good you already are.
You’ll also work closely with our Applied AI team, solve business problems from scratch, focus on sales and figure out how to give business owners a genuinely great experience. It’s a role where you can take ownership, learn a lot, and grow alongside the team.
