We’re growing Lumor's sales team, and I’m looking for a hunter in Bengaluru.
Lumor is an AI research platform. Research teams ask a question in the morning and have answers by the next day: AI builds the survey, a panel or a QR code collects responses, and the report writes itself.
The role is online and on the ground. LinkedIn DMs in the morning, walking into a café, campus or office in the afternoon, closing the deal by evening.
This role is for you if:
→ You’re a fresher or have up to 2 years in sales/BD
→ You’re as comfortable with a cold DM as a walk-in pitch
→ You want a founding-team seat, not just a job
What you get: fixed pay, uncapped incentives from your first deal, travel reimbursed, weekends off, and a real say in how Lumor sells. You’ll work directly with me.
The process is simple: a quick chat → a 3-minute pitch of Lumor → a field day → an offer.
