Hi Network, I am hiring! 🛠️🔬   We are looking for a Senior Semiconductor Component Qualification / Reliability Engineer to join us.   This is a unique, heavily hands-on role. We own our own reliability and failure analysis lab, and you will be working directly with our internal team to drive the hardware qualification roadmap from the ground up.   We aren't looking for traditional circuit designers. Instead, we are looking for engineers who specialize in the physics of failure, component stress testing, and running laboratory diagnostics.   What you’ll be doing: Leading component qualification strategies using our in-house lab infrastructure. Defining and executing stress-testing protocols (HTOL, HAST, Thermal Cycling, ESD/Latch-up). Operating advanced diagnostics and conducting deep-dive Failure Analysis (SEM, EDX, X-ray, cross-sectioning) to identify root causes. Applying industry standards like JEDEC, AEC-Q, and IPC to ensure world-class hardware reliability.   Who we are looking for: Experience: Senior level (ideally coming from semiconductor manufacturers, component suppliers, or established hardware reliability/FA labs). Skills: Strong foundation in semiconductor physics, hands-on lab experience, and material characterization.
