We're looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow our relationships with the country's biggest retail and quick commerce platforms. 📍 Location: [Bangalore] 💼 Experience: 3–7 years 🎓 Education: Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Business, Marketing or a related field What you'll do 🔹 Own the business and P&L for key MT and QC accounts such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Reliance Retail, More and Spencer's 🔹 Negotiate annual trading terms, pricing, listings and trade spends with central buying teams and category managers 🔹 Drive the category: assortment expansion, new SKU launches, planogram compliance, app-shelf visibility and platform ad-spend 🔹 Manage payments, reconciliation and collections, and keep DSO healthy 🔹 Handle credit notes, debit notes and deduction claims, and close them quickly to protect margins 🔹 Work with Supply Chain and Planning on demand forecasting, fill rate and on-shelf availability (OSA) 🔹 Partner with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver joint growth plans What we're looking for ✅ 3–7 years of Key Account Management experience in Modern Trade and/or Quick Commerce ✅ Background in FMCG, especially Food & Beverage (snacks, beverages, dairy, staples) ✅ Proven P&L ownership, trade-spend ROI and negotiation experience with national or regional buyers ✅ Strong grasp of the commercial hygiene factors: collections, DSO, claims and reconciliation ✅ Working knowledge of category management and forecasting ✅ Analytical, hands-on, and comfortable moving at startup speed Good to have: direct experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart or large-format retail chains.
