The honest version: this is a technical product-ownership role. You'll own Platform & Program end to end across our platform and channel teams. Define the scope, make the trade-off calls, unblock engineering, and ship capability people actually adopt.
Who I'm looking for:
- Likes real, messy problems and owns them start to finish.
- AI-native in practice: hands-on with the tools, comfortable prototyping, and technical enough to reason about where AI creates real product value (APIs, evals, cost and latency trade-offs), not just discuss it.
- Strong on data. Pulls it, reads it, decides on it.
5 to 7 years, but we weigh AI fluency over tenure. A sharp AI-native operator beats a longer resume that isn't.
