We're looking for someone who's great at spotting the right people and startups to connect with, and building genuine relationships that turn into real opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Research and identify founders/companies worth engaging with
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach and networking
- Build relationships that convert into pipeline and partnerships
- Work closely with the founding/leadership team on who we go after and why
You fit if:
- You've spent 1-2 years in KAM, CSM, BDR, or B2B corporate sales, and know how to read people and prioritise the right accounts, OR
- You're a fresher who was part of your college's placement committee - you've already pitched companies, managed stakeholders, and worked under pressure
Traits we're looking for:
- Curious - you enjoy digging into who's building what and why it matters
- Good judgment - you can tell a promising lead from a dead end
- Strong communicator - written and verbal
- High ownership - you don't wait around for direction
