What you’ll own: ✅ Client lifecycle: onboarding, delivery, retention ✅ Client relationships: weekly reviews, strategy calls and escalations with founders. 📍Location: Bangalore Our marketing runs across six regions and five languages, with paid campaigns and organic content running side by side. The teams are doing great work. As we grow, though, I need someone who can see across all of it and help every team bring in more leads. This person will own our marketing data. They’ll follow each lead from the first ad or post through to enrolment, find the places where leads slip away, and work with our regional teams and digital marketing team until those gaps are closed. You know Meta Ads and tracking well, and you understand which organic content actually gets people to enquire. Most of all, I want someone who can follow up with senior people kindly and firmly, and who stays honest about the numbers even when they’re not good.
