Instead, we are looking for engineers who specialize in the physics of failure, component stress testing, and running laboratory diagnostics.   What you’ll be doing: Leading component qualification strategies using our in-house lab infrastructure. Defining and executing stress-testing protocols (HTOL, HAST, Thermal Cycling, ESD/Latch-up). Operating advanced diagnostics and conducting deep-dive Failure Analysis (SEM, EDX, X-ray, cross-sectioning) to identify root causes.
