We’re Hiring - Founder's office role - Offline | Moxie Beauty | Gurgaon Moxie Beauty is scaling its offline retail presence fast, and we need a hands-on offline sales leader to build it across channels. If you’ve grown beauty & personal care brands in modern trade, general trade and organised retail, and know how to win both at the buyer’s desk and on the shelf, this one’s for you. 🔧 What you’ll own: → Building and scaling offline sales across modern trade, general trade/distributors, pharmacy and health & beauty chains (e.g. Purplle, Apollo Pharmacy, Tata 1mg and more) → Driving sell-in and sell-out targets across channels, accounts and regions → Appointing and managing distributors, and setting up the right coverage, credit terms and secondary-sales tracking → Owning joint business plans, scheme negotiations and promotional calendars with accounts and channel partners → Making sure stores are executed well: visibility, planogram compliance, stock availability and merchandising → Building strong relationships with buyers, category teams and distributor partners → Tracking channel- and account-level P&L, trade spends, claims and reconciliations → Spotting new channels, listings and ranging opportunities, and running new launches in the market ✅ Must have: → 2-4 years in offline sales across modern trade and general trade/distribution in FMCG, BPC or personal care → Hands-on experience with large-format, pharmacy and health & beauty retail chains, as well as distributor-led markets → Strong commercial skills, with a good grasp of trade terms, margins and schemes → Comfortable being on the ground with market visits, store audits and distributor reviews → Able to work independently and own results end to end in a fast-growing, start-up setting. 📩 Interested?
