📍 Location: Bengaluru 💼 Experience: 2–5 Years 🏢 Industry: Kids & Teens Personal Care At Tuco Kids, we're building safe, effective and thoughtfully formulated personal care products for kids and teens. We're looking for an R&D professional who is passionate about formulation, innovation and developing products that make a difference. What you'll be responsible for: Develop and formulate new products across skincare, haircare, body care and sun care categories. Work on end-to-end product development, from concept ideation and ingredient selection to final formulation. Conduct formulation trials, stability studies, compatibility testing and product evaluations. Identify and evaluate new ingredients, raw materials and emerging technologies. Work closely with vendors and manufacturers for sampling, formulation improvements and scale-up. Ensure formulations meet quality, safety, performance and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with packaging, procurement, quality and marketing teams for successful product launches. Maintain formulation records, technical documents, specifications and product development reports. Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing challenges and drive continuous product improvements. What we're looking for: 2–5 years of experience in R&D / Formulation in skincare, personal care or cosmetics. Good understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulation principles and product development. Hands-on experience with formulation trials, stability testing and product evaluation. Knowledge of raw materials, their functions, compatibility and application. Understanding of cosmetic regulations, quality standards and product safety.
