We're looking for someone who goes beyond posting content — someone who understands storytelling, has a sharp creative eye, thinks analytically and knows how to turn ideas into impactful brand experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and drive social media strategies across multiple brand pages and LinkedIn. Lead content planning, creative direction and campaign execution. Review and elevate the quality of creatives, reels, videos and brand communication. Strengthen brand identity, storytelling and community engagement. Track performance, analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement. Lead and mentor the existing social media and creative team. Take ownership of timelines, execution and overall brand growth. What We're Looking For: • 3–4 years of experience in social media, brand or content marketing. • Strong understanding of social media strategy, trends and analytics. • Excellent eye for design, creativity and visual storytelling. • Experience managing designers, video editors or creative teams. • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills. • A proactive individual who takes ownership and brings fresh ideas to the table. • Experience with D2C, e-commerce, technology or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
