Write copy that sounds like a person, not an AI generated brochure. Plan and run campaigns end to end, from idea to numbers. Social media Ship content every day: reels, posts, carousels. Track what works, drop what doesn’t, double down on what does. Build relationships with creators and HR voices. Strategy Study the Indian hiring market: job seekers, recruiters and HR leaders. Find the channels that bring real users, not vanity numbers. Set goals, measure them every week and report honestly. Sales strategy Help shape our pitch to hiring teams and HR leaders Research accounts, write outreach and book conversations Turn every “no” into a note on what to fix What we expect 0 to 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates/ post graduates welcome. You write clear English. Hinglish is a bonus. You have built something on your own: a page, a channel, a college event, a side project etc. You are comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. You take direct feedback and act on it the same day.
