Now we’re hiring for our next one: AI Engineer (Python, PyTorch, ML)
📍 Remote | 3-5 YOE | Upto 50 LPA CTC
We’re building the safety and alignment layer for frontier AI systems, working with leading AI labs on red teaming, safety evals, and agent-behavior testing.
Capability asks, “What can the model do?” We focus on “What happens when it fails, and how do we prevent it?”
You’ll:
🔹 Fine-tune and post-train LLMs (SFT, RLHF, RL with verifiable rewards)
🔹 Build benchmarks, eval harnesses, and RL environments
🔹 Work directly with frontier AI labs and mentor engineers as we scale
You have:
✅ 3-6 years in ML/AI engineering
✅ Strong Python and PyTorch
✅ Experience with Hugging Face, TRL, DeepSpeed, or vLLM
✅ Solid Docker, AWS, and CI/CD fundamentals
