βποΈ Key Responsibilities:
βCandidate Sourcing: Assist in driving outreach and acquiring candidate applications through active social media channels and creator networks.
βFinfluencer Outreach: Collaborate with finance creators, community admins, and agencies to amplify our trader recruitment drive.
βTeam Expansion: Help onboard and integrate selected applicants into our structured 13-member trading teams for the contract duration.

β’ Hands-on experience with social media management and candidate/audience acquisition.
β’ Active connections or experience collaborating with Finfluencers and online communities.
β’ Strong communication, coordination, and team-building skills.
