We're looking for a high-ownership, seasoned leader to step into a critical role working directly alongside the CEO This is a high-stakes, individual contributor (IC) role with direct path to building and leading a team as we scale. 🤔 What You’ll Do: 🔸Direct Representation: Represent the founder's office in strategic meetings, deal-making, and commercial negotiations with developers and property owners. 🔸Network Building: Build and drive a high-performing broker and partner network across key micro-markets. 🔸Pipeline Ownership: Identify, evaluate, and close acquisition opportunities alongside Legal and Operations. 🔸Scale the Function: Transition from strong IC execution to building and leading the acquisition team. 🤔 What We’re Looking For: 🔸Solid track record in property acquisition/leasing (co-living, student housing, hospitality, or CRE preferred). 🔸Deep network and understanding of the Mumbai & Pune real estate markets. 🔸Sharp commercial acumen, negotiation instincts, and founder-level gravitas.
