Some of India's biggest internet-first businesses run their payments on Razorpay. I'm looking for someone to own those relationships end-to-end and help them grow. I'm hiring, a Senior Account Manager at Razorpay, based out of Bangalore / Mumbai with 8+ years of experience. As a Senior Account Manager in my team, you'll: 1. Own a portfolio of India's top internet-first brands and businesses and be their trusted partner across all Razorpay Suite and not only Payments. 2. Build strong relationships with founders, CXOs, CFOs and product leaders 3. Find growth opportunities across our payments, banking stack, marketing and AI-stack , and turn them into meaningful business outcome. 4. Help shape our merchants' businesses through several AI-led initiatives & get hands-on with a lot of cool AI tools that change how account management gets done 5. Work closely with product, tech and ops to solve hard problems for merchants. You'll be a great fit if you: 1. Have 7 to 8+ years in strategic account management or solution based sales in any industry. 2. Are comfortable with very senior stakeholders and difficult conversations. 3. Most importantly, treat a customer's problem as your own and follow it through to the end 4. Are curious about AI with some proficiency with it in the past, and excited to use it more to work smarter and deliver more for customers as well as internal teams. 5.
