Soul Sanskar is looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to take ownership of our growth engine and help us scale to the next stage. This is not a conventional Performance Marketing role. We’re looking for someone who can think beyond campaigns and own the complete funnel: Paid Acquisition → Landing Pages → Leads → Conversion → Sales → Influencers → Organic Growth You’ll also manage our marketing team, work closely with the founders, and eventually build a larger growth function. We’re looking for someone who: - Has 5+ years of growth/performance marketing experience - Has managed a team of marketers - Has worked in-house, owning business outcomes - Is hands-on with Meta & Google Ads - Understands CRO, landing pages and full-funnel optimisation - Has experience with influencer/creator marketing - Can demonstrate real, measurable business growth This is not for junior performance marketers, social media managers or agency account managers.
