VCMint is hiring two people in Hyderabad. We're a small team with 75+ companies in the portfolio, investing our own capital across India, the US and Singapore. Startups, funds, pre-IPO, secondaries, and a few businesses we run ourselves. The work has outgrown the team. 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭, 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 (1–4 𝐲𝐫𝐬) You'll work directly with our CIO and partners on live deals: term sheets, SHAs, closings, FEMA filings, fund documents. It starts on the legal side and grows into a full investment role - diligence, memos, IC presentations, portfolio work. How fast that happens is up to you. Two things matter a lot: you use AI tools well (and check what they give you), and you can summarise a 60-page SHA in one page. LLB, CS or CFA backgrounds all welcome. 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 (5+ 𝐲𝐫𝐬) Supports the founders day to day: calendar, travel, guests, meetings, and making sure every commitment made in a meeting actually gets closed.
