What we are looking for is not on a resume. It is a specific temperament. Someone who has owned an outcome before and knows what it feels like when the numbers land or do not. Someone who wants to build the thing, not just consult on it. Someone who can think in decades and act in weeks. You do not have to come from D2C. You do not have to have scale experience.
