Head of FinanceSquadStack

For many years Florine Pinto led our finance function, steering us through funding rounds and building the governance we run on today. As she moves on for personal commitments, she leaves behind big shoes to fill. SquadStack.ai is at an inflection point. We're India's leading India's leading agentic sales platform and this stage needs a finance leader who can strengthen the financial backbone of the company. This role reports directly to me. The mandate: build a finance function that can support our next phase of scale. โ†’ Clean books, robust audits, tax discipline, sharp visibility on cash, treasury and capital allocation โ†’ Board-ready planning: AOP, budgets, forecasts, MIS, business performance โ†’ Scalable systems and a high-ownership finance team that keeps pace Is this you? โœ… CA, 15+ years post-qualification โœ… Strong controllership and governance depth โœ… You cut your teeth in scale-ups, not just Big 4 or large corporates โœ… Real fundraising, board reporting and investor communication experience โœ… You can run strategic and operational finance at once, in a lean team โœ… You want real ownership and a seat at the table, not just a title If you ticked most of these, we should talk. ๐Ÿ“ Noida Apply here ๐Ÿ‘‡ https://lnkd.in/gQ9mnTxX

Legal Analyst, Venture CapitalVCMint

VCMint is hiring two people in Hyderabad. We're a small team with 75+ companies in the portfolio, investing our own capital across India, the US and Singapore. Startups, funds, pre-IPO, secondaries, and a few businesses we run ourselves. The work has outgrown the team. ๐‹๐ž๐ ๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ, ๐•๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐‚๐š๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฅ (1โ€“4 ๐ฒ๐ซ๐ฌ) You'll work directly with our CIO and partners on live deals: term sheets, SHAs, closings, FEMA filings, fund documents. It starts on the legal side and grows into a full investment role - diligence, memos, IC presentations, portfolio work. How fast that happens is up to you. Two things matter a lot: you use AI tools well (and check what they give you), and you can summarise a 60-page SHA in one page. LLB, CS or CFA backgrounds all welcome. ๐„๐ฑ๐ž๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐’๐ž๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ (5+ ๐ฒ๐ซ๐ฌ) Supports the founders day to day: calendar, travel, guests, meetings, and making sure every commitment made in a meeting actually gets closed. This is an execution role, not a strategy one, and a long-term one. If you've done this for a senior executive or a family and take pride in doing it well, we'd like to meet you. If you know someone who fits, please tag them or send this on. Legal Analyst: https://lnkd.in/dbSwY-RT Executive Secretary: https://lnkd.in/dvSDY9sV Biswadeep Das Neelima Marupuru
