Expectation from the leader
1. Deep understanding of culture , content and social
2. Ace of spade at managing people (both internal and external)
3. High commitment to the cause and values of the company and the ecosystem
4. Minimum 5 years work experience maximum 10 years
5.Need to have high code of conduct and discipline
Your role will be to work on large campaigns and enable teams to work parallely on multiple campaigns
