You'll notice the coach who replied a day late. The client who's suddenly gone quiet. The small confusion today, that could turn into a big frustration next week. You'll spot it, flag it and get it fixed before the client even feels the need to complain. What you'll actually do - Work closely with Dr. Pal and the management team. - Stay connected with clients throughout their journey and genuinely understand how they're doing. - Understand enough about clinical health coaching to recognise when something is off and when it needs immediate attention. - Go the extra mile for clients, not because a process tells you to, but because you care about their experience. - Hold the bar at 10/10. Not 8. Not "mostly fine." You're probably right for this if: - You have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or customer experience. - You are a smart cookie: quick, curious and hard to fool. - You can read between the lines of a message without being told to. - You'd rather raise a flag early and be wrong than stay quiet and be right too late. - You're genuinely interested in health and wellness and willing to understand the clinical side of things.
