jobs in the wild.

Every time someone signs in, gets access to an app, or an admin connects a new tool, a design decision made it feel effortless or frustrating. That's the space my team works in at Okta: identity, access, and the integrations that connect thousands of apps and systems. It sounds like infrastructure, but the problems are very human. How do you give an admin the confidence to change access for 50,000 people? How do you make a complex integration feel like a five-minute setup? How do you design for security without making people work around it? We're growing the design and research team in Bangalore, and I'm hiring for: Staff Product Designer - https://lnkd.in/gt4jfd6B Senior UX Researcher - https://lnkd.in/gz2Y6Tnt You'd work on problems like: - Access and enterprise access, including how organizations manage who can reach what - The integration ecosystem and extensibility, which is how Okta connects to the rest of a company's stack - Devices and platform experiences that sit under everything else What we look for: people who like untangling complex systems into something clear, who bring a point of view and not just craft, and who enjoy working closely with product and engineering. You'll have real ownership, and your work will reach admins and end users at a very large scale. If that sounds like you, or someone you know, send me a message or apply here: https://lnkd.in/gwpyntiV #hiring #productdesign #uxresearch #bangalore #identity #okta
