We’re looking for Program Managers to join the centralized Supply Chain Planning team at Amazon India. Think of it as an internal consulting role: you’ll pick up complex problems, scope them, build the business case, and drive them all the way to impact. What you’ll do: 🔹 Work with Finance, Supply Chain Execution, Transportation and other teams to find pain points and scope high-impact projects 🔹 Run cost-benefit analyses and drive go/no-go decisions 🔹 Build execution plans, roadmaps and metrics once a project gets the green light 🔹 Write clear, crisp reports and documents to update senior leadership 🔹 Unblock issues across functions and keep things moving 🔹 Partner with tech teams to scope and deliver the solutions your project needs The projects: designing new processes, driving tech solutions, delivering large cost and efficiency gains, and launching new supply chain models. The kind of role this is: You’ll be a single-threaded owner of your initiative. You control your destiny, and you’re measured on the real financial or business impact you deliver. What we’re looking for: ✅ 5+ years of program or project management experience ✅ 5+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams ✅ 5+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics ✅ Bachelor’s degree ✅ Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL Good to have: ⭐ Experience driving end-to-end delivery and presenting results to senior leadership ⭐ Strong stakeholder management across levels ⭐ Experience building processes and project schedules If you love data, thrive on ownership, and want your work to move the needle at scale, we’d love to hear from you. 📩 Interested?
