We're hiring a Senior Associate – UG Admissions (Offline)! 📍 Bengaluru I'm looking for someone who is equal parts creative, research-oriented, and execution-driven. Someone who enjoys brainstorming interesting ideas but is equally excited about the nitty-gritty of bringing them to life. What would you be working with me on? - Competitions: Work with me on designing and executing some of the most exciting competitions for high school students. Think innovative formats, interesting challenges, and experiences students will actually remember! - Bootcamps & workshops: Help brainstorm and execute creative ways to engage high school students, whether through entrepreneurship bootcamps, hands-on workshops, or entirely new formats. - AI & experimentation: Be comfortable experimenting with AI tools. If you can build a webpage, prototype an idea, or create something interesting using AI, that's a huge plus! - Research: Research interesting student engagement formats, benchmark competitions and events, and help translate findings into actionable ideas. - Execution & outreach: Coordinate events, manage logistics, communicate with students and external stakeholders, and use CRM systems to track leads and engagement. Who am I looking for? - You have around 1–3 years of experience. No more than 3, no less than 1, please. - You're creative, organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. - You enjoy collaborating, incorporating feedback, and turning ideas into reality. - You've organized events, college fests, or competitions before (a BIG plus!). - You don’t shy away from operational work.
