✅ Write Assist Circuit Design
✅ ESPCV & Domain Crossing Concepts
✅ Bit Cell & Power Margin Analysis
✅ Advanced Nodes – 17nm / 14nm / 5nm / 3nm
✅ Memory Layout & Circuit Simulation
✅ Schematic Design, Debugging, Linux & Bash Scripting
🎯 PREFERRED PROFILES:
Candidates with hands-on experience in SRAM Design, Memory Characterization, Verification and Memory Compiler Development.
