Want to own the voice AI stack of a real product, not just assist on it? This role is for you. Tattvera is an AI-first software studio in Kolkata, building for clients across the US and Europe in FinTech, HRTech, Conversational AI, and SaaS. You'll take ownership of our real-time voice agents and work directly with the founders. 🎙️ What you'll own: • Real-time speech-to-speech and speech-to-text pipelines • AI voice agents that talk to users in real time • Our custom VAD engine that fixes audio stutter and barge-in interruptions • End-to-end latency optimization • RAG with a Knowledge Distiller service that auto-updates the knowledge base 🛠️ Must have: • Strong Python and FastAPI (or Flask/Django) • Built at least one working voice agent end to end (STT ➝ LLM ➝ TTS or speech-to-speech) • Real-time streaming with WebSockets or WebRTC • Integrating speech and LLM APIs: REST, webhooks, SDKs, auth (API keys, OAuth) • Basic audio handling (formats, chunking, sample rates) and some VAD exposure • Git and basic deployment ⭐ Good to have: RAG, Node.js, model training and fine-tuning, multilingual NLP, vector DBs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Docker, cloud, Pipecat or LiveKit Agents 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, IT, Data Science, or related fields 📍 Remote | 🕘 Full-time internship | ⏳ 3 to 6 months 💰 Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000/month | 🗓️ Start: Immediate 💼 Full-time offer possible based on performance ✨ Why join: real ownership of a core product area, direct work with the founders, and production experience most internships can't offer. 📩 Send your resume, GitHub, and a demo or repo of a voice agent you've built to careers@tattvera.com Subject: "AI Intern Application" Selection: resume and demo review ➝ short task ➝ interview Know someone who'd fit?
