We are opening positions for: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Healthcare Accounts 📍 Location: Bengaluru Why now? As an organisation, we have integrated advanced diagnostic tech products with high-reliability lab services, and healthcare demand is surging. You won’t just be selling a single catalogue item you will be pitching an end-to-end product + service solution to hospitals, premium clinics, and key healthcare accounts with massive runway for growth. What you’ll do 1.Hunt, pitch, and onboard hospitals, premium clinics, and healthcare accounts in your allotted territory. 2.Sell our integrated product + service ecosystem to medical directors, clinic heads, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). 3.Build a high-conversion lead bank, maintain strict zero-junk data hygiene, and generate reference loops from every client met. 4.Master the "Orange Way of Sales" methodology to relentlessly chase and exceed monthly revenue targets. Who we’re looking for 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage. 2.1-3+ years of outbound/inbound sales experience. 2.Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and other business productivity software to manage pipelines, reporting, and forecasting. 3.Strong verbal and written communication with high-stakes negotiation skills. 4.Open to high performers from any industry if you know how to map accounts, build trust, and close consultative deals, your playbook fits. 6.Experience pitching to healthcare accounts is an added advantage, not a constraint.
