While RSA is a core pillar, your mission is to build and monetize new revenue streams beyond RSA—including insurance, auto financing, vehicle care, accessories, and VAS. What You’ll Own? 1. MoM Dealer Revenue: Scale dealer profitability and platform monetization. 2. New Revenue Streams: Identify, launch, and scale non-RSA offerings (Insurance, NBFCs, Fintech, Accessories). 3. Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate commercial models and onboard key ecosystem partners. 4. End-to-End Execution: Drive initiatives from Concept → Business Case → Pilot → Scale. Who You Are? 1. 10+ years experience in Revenue Growth, Partnerships, Automotive VAS, FinTech, or BFSI. 2. Strong understanding of the automotive dealership ecosystem and OEM dynamics. 3.
