We’re hiring someone to work directly with Abhyuday Agarwal, COO and co-founder of LawSikho, and run a business that brings in crores every month. You’ll own the numbers, lead the team and decide what changes. You could be a great fit if you’ve been: • A founder, even if it didn’t work out • In a founder’s office or strategy team, and want to run something • A sales, ops or business lead who turned a team around • A consultant who’s tired of advising • An army officer, or anyone who has led people under pressure • Or simply the person every team turns to when things go wrong What you’ll do • Own a revenue number and grow it. • Build and lead a team, and hold everyone to a high bar. • Find out why things aren’t working, and fix them. • Turn chaos into systems that run without you. Basic requirements • 4+ years of work experience, including leading a team. • You’ve owned a number and moved it. • Comfortable with data and AI tools. • Full time, from our Gurgaon office. Salary: we will consider a hike on your last comp + bonus tied to results.
